It’s really hard to think about what you might wear on Easter (next Sunday!) when it will freaking NOT stop snowing here on the east coast.
I always like to prepare for the best and worst case scenarios.
Best case scenario: gorgeous, warm spring day.
Obsessed with this dress (yes, it’s one piece.) It comes in yellow, too.
If price were no object, and weather be damned, I would be showing up Easter Sunday at church in this beauty. Spoiler alert: it’s a jumpsuit!
My mother would be horrified I wore a t-shirt to church on Easter Sunday. I say it’s legit with a very proper skirt. Plus, I could keep my crazy rebellious t-shirt hidden under this gorgeous cashmere wrap.
(Ethically sourced cashmere for the record.)
Now, this dress is 100% mom-approved, although she might add that shoulders should be covered for church, please. (See wrap above)
Onto the worst case weather scenario: Cold, gloomy, grey
This sweet dress would cheer anyone up. Plus, you could go hog wild with fun, colorful accessories.
You could also do this incredible mini cashmere dress with chocolate brown tights and boots if it’s still FREEZING (Make.It. Stop.)
These Gucci-inspired slides would cheer up ANY gloomy Easter Sunday. Pair with a navy sweater/cream pants, red sweater/jeans (if your Easter is casual).
In the meantime, let’s all pray for it to just STOP snowing!
